To say the construction of the Bakehouse has been a lesson in patience would not adequately describe the process. The construction of the Bakehouse has actually been many things! I can honestly say, despite the engineering delays, the crazy unexpected things (like finding century old objects below your street corner), and even being delayed due to a worldwide pandemic, the process hasn’t been that bad.
